Cristina has over 20 years of experience in drug development. She served in different international leadership and strategic positions in Roche where she led global development of several compounds from phase I to IV. She then joined NovImmune as Chief Medical Officer (CMO) and was responsible for the review and prioritization of the product portfolio, the global development strategy for the drug candidates as well as the creation of the Clinical Development department.

Cristina is currently CMO at Topas Therapeutics and serves as strategic advisor for different biotech companies and investment funds to successfully develop their clinical programs.

With her profound experience in developing biologics in complex diseases, Cristina drives the clinical development of PharmaBiome’s live biotherapeutic products using microbial consortia. Cristina holds a medical degree from the University of Milan and a postgraduate degree in Endocrinology and Metabolic Diseases.
